omigame.online, junto a tu puesto, tu puntuación y tu corona. No uses tu nombre real si no quieres.
Privacy policy
Last updated: September 26, 2026
This policy explains what data El Conquistador (the “game”), made by OmiGames, handles on Android, iOS and the web. In short: the game shows no ads, uses no analytics or tracking tools, doesn't use your location, and never asks for your email, phone number or a password. For the rankings it creates an anonymous player account, which you can turn off or delete at any time.
1. Data kept on your device
Your progress (runs, Renown, unlocks, achievements, settings, the names of your commander and their child) is stored in your device's or browser's local storage. Uninstalling the game or clearing browser data deletes it. The device also keeps your player account's secret key (see section 2).
2. Player account and rankings
To keep the rankings and Renown fair, when you're online the game sends our server (elconquistador.omigame.online) the record of your solo and daily challenge runs, and the server replays them with the game's own rules to check they're valid. For this, an anonymous account is created the first time. The server keeps:
- A random player identifier and one-way hashes of the secret key your device holds and of your recovery code. It never stores the key or the code themselves.
- The player name you choose. It is shown publicly in the rankings, in the game and on
omigame.online, with your place, score and crown. Don't use your real name if you'd rather not. - Your country, taken from your device's region setting (for example, “MX”), not from your location. We use it to see in which countries the game is played most and, unless you hide it in the settings, to show its flag beside your name in the rankings.
- The record of each run: its seed, difficulty (Ascension), your squad (with the names you gave your commander, their child and your companions), the choices you made and the result, plus the verified Renown you earned.
Moving your account to another device. When your account is made, the game shows you a recovery code; keep it somewhere other than your phone. With it your account moves to a new device, and the old one's stops working. If you link Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iPhone), the server also keeps the player identifier that service gives, to recognise you when you sign in on another device; we never receive your email or password.
You can turn sending off in the game's settings; you then don't appear in the rankings and your Renown isn't verified. You can delete your account and everything the server keeps about it from the game's settings, or by email (section 7). Deletion is immediate on the server and leaves the backups within 14 days.
3. Online modes (duel and co-op campaign)
When you play online, the server pairs you with another player and passes your moves along. This involves:
- The player name you type in the lobby, which your opponent or partner sees.
- Game messages (your orders, your squad), forwarded to the other player and held in memory only while the match lasts, so a dropped connection can reconnect.
4. Technical data and retention
The server uses your IP address and the time of each connection to work and to prevent abuse (for example, how many accounts are made from one address). IP addresses are handled in memory and not stored in the database. The server's technical logs may keep operational data for a limited time to troubleshoot problems.
Your account's data is kept while the account exists. Run records the server has already checked are discarded within a day. Backups are kept for 14 days. The server is hosted on Oracle Cloud and connections are encrypted (TLS). We don't sell or share your data with third parties.
5. Purchases
If the game offers in-app purchases, Google Play or the App Store process them under their own policies. We never receive or store your payment details; to confirm a purchase, the server may receive the receipt the store issues.
6. Children
The game is not specifically directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data. The only player-written text that leaves the device is the player name and the names of the characters in their runs.
7. Your rights
You can turn sending off or delete your account from the game's settings, and erase your local progress by removing the game or its data. For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights of access, correction or deletion (including deleting your account without the game), write to yerickclash@gmail.com with your player name.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with its date.
